- To enable optional in-app payments, we use the official payment services provided by the app stores, as detailed in Section 5.
2. GDPR Compliance (EU)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation:
- Your personal content remains solely on your device.
- For optional in-app purchases, you provide consent by initiating the transaction. You can learn more about the data processed by the app stores in Section 5.
- You can delete all personal content by uninstalling the app or by clearing its data in your device's system settings.
3. CCPA Compliance (California, USA)
According to the California Consumer Privacy Act:
- We do not sell or share your personal content.
- No data is collected for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- You have full control over all your personal content.
4. Payments & Support
The app includes optional, voluntary support options:
- All payments are entirely voluntary and serve only to support the app's development.
- No features are locked behind a paywall, and payments provide no in-app advantages.
- All transactions are handled securely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not process or store any of your sensitive payment details like credit card numbers.
5. Service Providers
We do not use third-party services that have access to your personal content. For optional in-app purchases, we use the native payment processing services provided directly by the app stores.
Google Play Billing & Apple App Store
To process optional in-app purchases (voluntary support), we use the official and secure services of the platform you downloaded the app from. We do not use any intermediary services like RevenueCat. This means the transaction occurs directly between you and Google or Apple. These platforms collect data necessary to process your payment and prevent fraud, which may include:
- Transaction Information: Details about the purchase, such as the product ID and transaction time.
- Payment Method Information: Your payment details are handled directly by Google or Apple and are not shared with us.
- Device and Account Data: Technical information required to secure and validate the transaction.

6. Device Permissions
The app may request the following permissions:
- Camera access – for adding photos to notes.
- Microphone access – for recording voice notes.
- Storage access – for saving your local data.
- Notifications – for task reminders.
All data accessed through these permissions is processed locally and remains on your device.

Our application is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information. The anonymous technical data collected for payment processing is not used to personally identify a child.
